Shipping policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to the UK (including Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Scottish Islands) and the Isle of Man. We don't offer international shipping yet, but we're working on it.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). You'll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery options and prices
All orders are sent with Royal Mail. Your delivery price is worked out at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
Standard delivery (2 to 3 working days after dispatch)

Delivery times are estimates from Royal Mail and can't be guaranteed, especially during busy periods like Christmas.
Damaged in transit
Every order is packed carefully, but ceramics can occasionally get knocked about in the post. If anything arrives chipped, cracked or broken, contact us within 30 days at sabrina@wearefeast.co.uk with a photo of the item and packaging and we'll send a replacement or refund it.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 working days, or your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, get in touch and we'll chase it with Royal Mail.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched we can't change the address, and we're not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
